1. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Provide accurate information, do not share your account, and tell us if you think it has been compromised. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, and at least 13 years old.

2. Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content involving minors, or spam and advertising in comments;
• attack, overload, scrape, or try to gain unauthorised access to the site or other accounts;
• copy, resell or redistribute chapters, or bypass locks, ads or payment;
• abuse the coin, purchase or refund systems, including by chargeback fraud.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

3. Comments and content you post

You keep the rights to what you write, and you give Renascans a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site. Comments are moderated and may be hidden or removed. You are responsible for what you post.

4. Coins, chapters and memberships

• Coins are a virtual item for use on this site only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are tied to your account.
• Spending coins unlocks a chapter for your account. Unlocked chapters stay available to that account.
• A membership gives ad-free reading for the number of days shown when you buy it. It is not a subscription and does not renew by itself.
• Prices, bonuses and packages may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal or by transfers on the blockchain networks shown at checkout. We do not see your card or PayPal password. Coins are credited once the payment is confirmed. If a payment does not show up, use the Report Issue form with your transaction details. See also the Refund Policy.

6. Copyright

Renascans respects intellectual property. To report infringing material, follow the steps on our DMCA page.

7. Availability and changes

The site is provided as is. We may change, suspend or remove features, series or chapters at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content posted by users or third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and unused coins on a closed account may be forfeited where the account was closed for abuse.
